Your satisfaction with our glass candleholder is 100% guaranteed!

We know you'll love your candleholder, but if you are unsatisfied for any reason simply mail the new or used candleholder back to us and we'll provide a full refund, less the initial shipping charge, upon receipt.

Returns must be mailed to us within 30 days of the date you received the item. Returns after 30 days will be solely at our discretion and, if permitted, may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please note that any returns must be mailed to us at your cost.

If you wish to make a return, then please email us first to initiate a return request and receive the return mailing address. Returns that are sent without initiating a return request first will not be processed. Returns that are sent to a different mailing address will be returned to sender. Please indicate the reason for your return in the email along with any photos if necessary for fastest processing.
